How to delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you — including anything obtained through Facebook Login — at any time. Here’s how.

If you signed in with Facebook to vote

  1. In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Voff Haus Face of the Year, and choose Remove. This disconnects the app from your Facebook account.
  2. To also erase the data we stored (your name, Facebook ID, and email, if provided), email us at hello@voffhaus.com from the email tied to your account, or include your Facebook display name so we can locate your record.

If you entered a dog in the contest

Open the private “manage your entry” link from your confirmation email and request removal there, or simply email us at hello@voffhaus.com with your dog’s name. We’ll remove your entry, photos, and contact details.

What happens next

  • We verify the request and delete your personal data within 30 days.
  • We remove your profile, votes, photos, and contact information, and the data received from Facebook.
  • We may retain limited records required by law — for example, donation/payment records needed for tax and accounting — in line with our Privacy Policy.
